    What the site is

AI Truth Bench publishes general information about how accurate AI tools are, drawn from published studies, benchmarks, news tests, court records and vendor statements. Each figure is dated and linked to its source. The site is free to read and needs no account.

    General information, not advice

Nothing on the site is legal, academic, medical, financial or professional advice. A verdict on a tool describes the published evidence at the date shown; it is not a promise about how that tool will perform on your text or your question. If you face an academic integrity case, a legal question or any decision with real consequences, speak to someone qualified to advise you on it.

    Accuracy of our pages

We work to keep every figure correct and traceable to its source, and we correct errors when we find them, as set out in our editorial standards. AI tools, leaderboards and vendor pages change often, so a figure may be out of date by the time you read it. Check the source and its date before you rely on a figure. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.

    Quoting and sharing

You are welcome to quote short passages and individual figures from the site, with a link to the page you quoted. Please quote the original source as well when you cite a figure. Do not copy whole pages or republish our content as your own.

    Acceptable use

Please read and share the site in good faith. Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, probe it for security weaknesses, or copy it in bulk with scrapers. Search engines and AI assistants may index and cite our pages under the rules in our robots file. Do not present our verdicts as an endorsement or rating issued by any vendor, school or public body.

    Names and trademarks

Product and company names such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Turnitin, GPTZero, ZeroGPT and Grammarly belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the tools we write about. Their use does not mean any company has endorsed or reviewed our pages.

    Links to other sites

We link to studies, benchmarks, vendor pages and other websites so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

    Changes and contact

If these terms change, the updated date on this page changes with them. Questions about these terms can go to editors@aitruthbench.com.
